Similar reaction to similar circumstances with me.
Slow down to see if its someone you know and or whether they are fixing the rider or bagging and tagging. Probably say/think a few words hoping he is fine.
Shake head because you know it probably wasn't his fault, also the "there but for the grace" feelings.
Blat off down the road because you know that if you didnt, you would take the bike home, put it into auto trader and give up on it all, the Blat reminding you of the highs of riding, balancing out the extreme low you have just felt
