In this arguement i'd question, house wife or working wife?

Housewife should do all of the previously mentioned work as its their "occupation" and is listed as such on CV's etc. Perhaps you should draw up a contract since you sound like you're paying her for these services. After 12 months continued service a written contract is not required and would be admissible as a verbal contract which is just as binding.

Submit her first written warning suggesting she has a union representation to acompany her. If this behaviour continues I believe in a court of law you may have rounds for dismissal under gross-misconduct.
