On a curvy? You want, IMO:
SRAD 750 yokes (top and bottom)
Top bearing from Twin Works Factory
I recommend TL1000S clipons, myself...
Various sorts of different forks work... But what I like, myself, is using an SRAD wheel, as it looks the same as the SV, even comes in the same colour. That works well with SRAD 750 or Y-K3 750 forks. Whichever you choose, you also need the appropriate mudguard and calipers for that model.
Discs... Loads to choose from here, various GSXRS, any Hayabusa or TL, any GSXR from 97 to 2002.
Some sort of speedo fix... I like the kit they sell on SV Rider, or you cna do it the way I did with the stock parts run off the rear wheel.
Think that's it... The simplest way is to get a whole GSXR SRAD front end, they're good forks too. There's loads of other ways to do it though, mine is SRAD and K2 mixed together. You could use GSXR K1 or K2 forks if you want the gold, though they're inferior forks... Or you can use some more recent ones with teh radial calipers, but that becomes more work.
