In the middle of using them at the moment. Extremely quick to send paperwork to me. Had accident on the evening of Saturday 16th December, emailed them details on the Sunday, got telephone call at 9.30am on the Monday and paperwork arrived Tuesday morning. The solicitor dealing with my claim against the other party used to ride an SV also. Everything seems great so far, even the assessor came on the Wednesday, pretty good for Xmas week!
