From the report it sounds like the car crossed the path of the motorcycle, would I be right in thinking that?
It is high time the government got their fingers out and started treating these drivers with the severity they deserve - IMHO that driver should be facing death by dangerous driving and a jail sentence. Also high time they started informing road users of the dangers and consequences (sp?) of not using proper observation while behind the wheel.
