Nope, two up on the rear sprocket means you keep the standard chain length. If you go down on the front by one tooth, it gives the same effect, but you need a different chain.

The original kit I was looking at was 3140.HA.APX (B&C order code). I then called them up to talk about the altered sprockets, and the nice lady on the phone dealt with changing everything for me, and took payment.

£107.something for the kit with the 46 tooth rear sprocket, as opposed to the standard, including P&P.
