Just do it, you have a car to get another bit of tube, any motor shop like Halfords prbably stock it. I've fitted a few of the things, if I can do it littereally anyone can. VB, the glue might not be sticking because of all the polish. Use meths or white spirit to clean the swingarm first. Failing that you can use cable ties. Have fun tomorrow.
