My friend's Honda NSR has just lost a rear indicator so I've replaced it with an aftermarkey one.

The standard indicator uses a 12Vx21W bulb and the replacement uses a 12Vx23W bulb so the indicator flashes too quicjly. How do I wire in a resistor to make it flash at the correct rate?
