on these new mobo the cpu fan doesn't start until it needs to, and under 100% load it only running at 51oC in TAT. im going to try re seating everything tonight, as ive heard that if the cpu cooler is on too tight it can cause problems.
what do you use for your benchmarking Northwind? prime95?
on a plus note when i got it running properly, i did the 3Dmark06 test and my E6300 got a higher score than my mates E6600
if only i could get it to run without a problem
