given you'll be presumably riding with a Harley, an good 125 should do you 
but no, any sports bike is going to leave it for dead, so you might as well go for a bit of comfort, I'd aim at a roadster of some sort.
Riding a Harley is an experience, but doesn't count as a motorcycling one
