I run my one chain through the anchor and up to the left side of the frame and the cylinder. My other chain is through the back wheel and through the anchor. It's a tight squeeze but it means that there's no space to put a pole through and lever the anchor.
Both chains are taught, one pulls the bike back the other pulls it forward, and off the floor. Each wheel also has a disc lock.
