I have a few problems with that:
- Scramble? Why? Just stop it transmitting back to the satellite. All it takes is 4.6v, and this works on ALL available GPS solutions (including military)
- A fortnight? You're having a laugh right? I've done it before, and on GPS equipment that you can't buy on the highstreet too. This taxation plan won't use anything near as advanced.
I've been doing things like that for a long time. If it becomes law that I have to have an approved mechanic fit a GPS tracker to my bike, fine, I'll do it. I don't gurantee that it'll be working by the time I ride away from the garage though.
