There is a different angle to the outlet pipe piece on the end (the budget one being straight) so its all about looks really.
I oppted for the standard one myself because i prefer the angle on it(and also got it cheap in their january sale
)
Quality wise I would'nt think there's much in it , and I think the lifetime guarantee applies to all the range.
