it looks like a standard impact 'driver ' al,,,,as said by tw.turn the collar(remember 'tighty righty ,loosy lefty)so basically anti clockwise to loosen something ,and clockwise to tighten something
and then hit the end with a big hammer while turning and applying pressure ,bobs yer maws auntie ,btw they work a treat ive never known anything not to b loosened with one of them
