I'd call that a safety issue, I'd not have indicators that can't be seen myself. All personal choice of course... My tester'll overlook all sorts of things that ought to fail, but something like that I reckon he'd not be happy about- there's a big difference between passign a can that's loud, and passing a can that's possibly not safe.

Oh aye, that's not too bad a price fo rthe M1s if it was ride-in, ride out... They're good tyres, older model now so they can be found for cheap but still very good.
