Well the verdict is in and my local post office now does appear to accept d/l insurance documents. A little worrying as i could have made it myself with minimal effort. That said i am glad my mate can ride legally now
. Good job too as when i took him down to the garage to get some fuel/check tyre pressure, there were 3 police cars parked outside....must be shift change methinks.
The woman had a quick glance and seemed satisfied and issued the disc. Funny thing though....it was the same woman who refused me last time i tried. I was going to kick up a fuss...but laziness intervened!
