The inner visor idea's nothing new - Caberg and Schuberth both also do lids with these built in. I've had a Caberg, and the inner visor was probably the best feature of a good, but not great lid. Can't speak for the HJC as they're not 'my brand', but rest assured they are legal.

Personally though, I like my Arai with a standard dark visor, much less to go wrong and all the money's been spent on protection, not mechanics!
