My plastic cover was supposed to be round, it looked hexagon - warped? lol
Also I just really don't like the way they have used tophats to stop people overtourqing the bolts because im sure these stop it being held fully flush. Clutch servicing wont be a problem as it does not need to be done frequently and I would change the oil / coolant when I did it anyway. The water pumps are the same as I have already fitted it to the new cover and Ive sprayed it gloss black I didnt leave it silver lol Ive asked a few people here and there and it looks like my plan may just work, as soon as my gasket is delivered i'll let you know...
