With some 23W bulbs from Infinity they flash at the correct rate so that was sorted (though the bulbs were £12 for 4!) and they certainly seem bright enough.
Now if you want to buy them...hmm that's where i'm stuck lol. i bought them off ebay, from hong kong (i think), and i forgot to leave feedback for th eguy so he never left it for me and hence i can't find the user name. I originally found the ebay guy via this forum so I looked back through my posts and I found the thread:

Note I tried changing viewtopic to showthread but no luck, it seems the topic ID is simply incorrect since the forums were changed to this new style
of course all this only matters if you want colour coded indys!
