I would say road damage, the scratches look quite deep & when you you come off on track you get a kind of light grazing on your fairing. also there appears to be no sign of mud/gravel, which I would expect debris remains still on the bike if it hit the kitty litter or grass of a track which it would have gone into one or the other if it was a track off.
