just down the road from me.

They've dug a 4 or 5 storey parking basement next to an existing marina. we had a bit of heavy rain and then cracks started forming and then before long the wall gave way.

theres now the usual arguments about who's fault it is. did the basement wall give way first and leave the marina wall unsupported or vice versa.

A colleague has bought a flat in this block.... its already 6 months late and i reckon he can add another year onto that.
