thats what i thought, i am sure that some one on this forum with knowledge of the PNC will be able to give a definitive?

Yes the riders licence is logged but not the bikes restriction, like you say the onus is on the owner to prove it. hence asking if a dealer would give you one.

surley is someone was to turn up to a dealer with the ecu fitted and show them it, they would not charge that much? i could understand an admin fee to cover the cost of the certificate of a few quid maybe.
