Aw thats unlucky mate. Try to find out what went wrong, probably a slippery road patch if as you said you were going slowlyish and not turning very far, although I have never had that myself unless I was breaking or doing something harsh. Just give yourself a little time, then have a look at the bike and situation, you will feel better once the nerves have died down.
