Remove the old chain guard using a screwdriver (crosshead).

Remove the crap flap as i've heard it called under the tool box using an 8mm socket i think, maybe 10mm , one of the two.

Remove the allenkey screw holding the brakeline bracket on, keep screw will need to put back in when the huggers in place. (if it's not oem, the bracket might not fit and then you can cut it off or bend it to fit)

Roll hugger over the wheel into place, replace the crosshead screws that were holding the chainguard on with the allenkey screws that should have been supplied. If not just use the crossheads, makes no difference. Don't tighten them all up yet though!!

Bolt the hugger in place loosely under the tool box!

Replace the allenkey screw for the brakeline, check theres an equal gap both sides of the tyre, and when happy tighten up and jobs done.
