You will need to address that

but to be honest the SV pegs are a bit on the low side ... so it is still worth investing in some plates or some cheap rearsets

Having the pegs a bit rearward and upward gives you a better 'stance' too .. where you end up lying on the tank a bit more, it puts more weight over the front end, which is good.
As for 'how are they on the road'? Does it matter?? its only a few bolts to swap back and forth for trackdays
