Renegade do them, Carbon Can company also do custom exhausts. Ixil do twin cans, but i don't think they're underseat, and Mivv do a really nice pair.

I've also seen a couple of threads, in which it said CF cans were not recommanded for twins. What's the deal??
The vibration is meant to break down the CF in twins. However a decent cf can will stand up to it on an SV.
