Just be aware that the fast blink rate is intentional, it shows when a bulb has failed. All relays could be made without that if it was so desired.

The idea is that LED's will last as long as the vehicle, so you don't need to alert for failures.

Using a fixed rate relay with bulbs could mean you won't notice a failed bulb.

Just be aware................
