Excatly, they are NOT legal in the UK, you wont be able to use it on a trackday (no gold sticker) and if you have any problems with it/drop it/have an accident and need it checking over ( a service arai provide f.o.c for ANY arai) then the UK arai will NOT deal with it-it will be sent back to where it was made
