It must depend on who you get on the phone to deal with your policy, Took out a policy for my Bandit through them, just paid it by card (£99) thought i had 1 yrs ncd to transfer till i got letter in saying i had been given a bonus year
Rang Bennets back to change it to 2 yrs.. done on the phone, and got a refund on my card 3 days later.. no other charges for changing policy details.
