Lou's laptop is indeed a heap, to look at the spec you would expect it to be rapid, but it's got vista!
When you put the camera in it recognises it and asks for driver, but we can't find a driver for it that will work on vista, on a different machine with WinME it appeared as removable storage.
So, if anyone can find a mainboard driver for her laptop that will work with vista...
Other than that I don't know and you should probably go and throw it back at PC world
