1st pic looks like you were stood slightly to the left of the bike so it could be the perspective of the pic (look at the mirrors, you'll see what i mean). As the 2nd pic is closer there aren't as many reference points to check so it could be exaggerating the effect, but it does still look a bit off-centre.
If they've tested the alignment in front of you though at the dealer though then I would have thought that it would be pretty accurate, but then I'm quite mechanically ignorant.
I'm sure someone will be along shortly who knows their stuff...
