I suspect you might like Ian Siegal & Matt Schofield's stuff - the latter has some spots at the guitar festival in Bath at the mo. Ian Siegal & the Score was easily the best band in Nottingham during my "yoof", by the looks of things he's got a lot more travelled lately but still does Nottingham regularly.
