most banks have a Phishing@ email address, and also NTL like to know too, think I sent mine to
Phishing@nationwide.co.uk and
spam@ntlworld.com
And as to do people still fall for this, unfortunately the elderly and less computer savvy still fall for some of these, as they click the links, and it looks like a real banking site. They don't have the experience to check the address line against the real banks www address etc.
