Default Bleeding Brakes - Again

Hi

Bike failed its MOT for a slightly sticking calliper , not a problem I think , buy 2 sets of pistol seals for 7 quid a side and do both sides over the Bank Holiday Weekend . Took both callipers off and overhauled then (found 1 calliper wasn't floating and had siezed . . Replaced callipers and thats where it all goes wrong lol .

Can I feck get them bled up . The lever virtually touches the bar before any braking happens . I have cracked every banjo bolt starting at the master cylinder and working my way down in order finally finishing at the bleed nipple (I'm Old Skool (read cheap) , pipe and bottle ) . I have also tried the brake lever pulled back overnight and that doesnt help .

I went through 3 litres of fluid yest bleeding so I am starting to think that something else is wrong , the Master cylinder is faulty . As i now have no bubbles and still no brakes lol .

If it is , can I use the master cylinder off an 04 R6 ( pre-bembro i think) , and please help me out here , but having a bigger bore than the SV's M/C as standerd should result in a slight shortening of the lever action ?? (i like the brakes out at the end of the lever , small press for instant brakes kinda thing , a bit too much travel on the lever for me personally as stock ).

TYIA
