Very low miles too. But, that's not always a blessing, 5000 miles in 5 years isn't very much at all, and a forgotten bike's generally in worse condition than a used bike. So, that's where I'd be directing my efforts, finding out if it's been parked for long durations or just used for weekend blasts once a month, I'd much sooner it was the latter since most of the time when a bike gets parked up it doesn't get parked up right.
I think it's worth paying more for a really good example, if you plan to coddle it... If you're going to use it, then better to find a cheaper one that's already been used I think, a minter's going to look the same as a used example after a couple of winters.
