Are you using an elasticised sock jobbie, or a proper support?

Didn't think about that

Is taking Ibroprophin (sp) to reduce swelling a good idea (from heal time point of view (don’t overly care about discomfort - if it just helps pain/discomfort I'd rather not be taking drugs)) too?
