Got back from 3200 miles around Spain, France etc. Halfway through FI indicator pops on one morning along with the alternating temp / FI. Start it up, coughs splutters have to rev it to stop stalling for around 20 seconds. Then magically the warning goes out and it'll doesn't want to stall.

This happened every morning for the rest of the trip, tried putting in 98 RON, no difference.

Got back to the UK, put in a tank full, hasn't happened since.

Anybody else had this, is it something to do with additives put in here to clean stuff out that they don't use on the continent?

Just wondering.
