I dont have any pics of mine, I'll see what I can scratch up. Basically the end of the bar is open on my clipons, just like the outside end, so I mounted the reservoir in the same way that you'd fit bar-ends into hollow bars, with an expanding plug.

You could drill it, but they felt like steel, not easy to tap... Hmm. Maybe you could fly the reservoir off the master cylinder mounts?
