Done 240 sit ups.
240 back things.
180 pull ups.
180 dip things.
Will be going again tonight

Its starting to make a difference now......I'm RUBBISH at running though I have a strange problem with my ankles and once they are warmed up they click continuesly. Therefore I usually run for a warm up.....It annoys the hell out of me as I would love to do triathalon events but the running would destroy my knees and ankles.
