Booked my CBT / DAS / Test today. So so so so pleased as wasn't going to be able to do it till Feb but how things have changed. Now doing it all in November.
I am really happy and so have started my search for the SV.
Quick question however for all you peeps out there, you may have had a similar sutuation and I was wandering if you can help.......
My fiancee is amazing and has always been behind my wish to do my bike licence, she even came onto this site and read posts etc to understand it more and so she would know what it meant to me. However, now that it is no longer a "Thing that is happening in the future", it is now reality, and she is worried. She is not worried how I will be as she knows what a safe car driver I am, but she is worried about the idiots in their cages.
Is there anything I can do to reasure her that I'm not "Going to die"
(Her words not mine!!!!!) (Although my Mother has been saying for years....."Your not having a bike you will either die or have no legs!!!!!!")
Any advice or words of wisdom will be most appreciated.
