That's definitely not right!

Under distance selling regs, as someone else said you have 7 days to return if you buy something over phone or t'interweb as you don't get to see it, but you'll have to pay the postage back and usually a 're-stocking' fee.
Birthday cards - you buy one, give it to someone, and they're disappointed. Didn't do what it was supposed to do but you can't take it back!

(Or maybe they should have been happy to just receive one!)
Bananas - I always try and buy them at a certain colour but some bunches taste much better than others (this holds for most fruit actually!) I hate it when I buy 10 bananas and they all taste funny.
This may be straying from original intended goods to be used in this discussion!
