i found out after owning my zzr6 that by law seller doesn't have to tell the buyer that the bike has previously been a insurance total loss, its up to the buyer to do a HPI check, personally i wouldn't hide that information from a perspective buyer, colinsv24 who had my last one came to see my old 650s at several stages of the rebuild and i was e mailing him photo's as i went along.
