But, this afternoon I found some time to take the clocks and light off and I think there is a pretty easy solution to my problem. The light will be mounted with the brackets, no problem and I can fix the clocks to my top yoke with just 2 small plates. As I have the SRAD-yokes there are 2 mounting screws for the clipons in it. If I lower the clipons a bit that there is enough space to mount a small plate in between, I can fix the clocks to those plates with the standard mounting-bracket of the clocks. It just fits realy tight but it should work! The only "down" part is that my clipons (they come from a TL) and the clocks will be a few mm down. The small screws (i think it are M4) will handle it because the clipons are also attached to the forks and will also take a part of the reactionforces that are cause by the clocks.
