Agreed.
Also if you run it empty and allow air in the tube, this too could stop it working. Turn the flow rate all the way round to prime with the engine running. You should find that it will start to flow again. Once flowing, turn the flow rate down again.
If all that doesn't work, make sure you do not have a hole in the dispenser assembly somewhere. If you do, get a replacement from here.
