Right well i went to see an SVthou at claycross Motorcycles (near Chesterfield) i have booked a test ride for when im next home (as im on shift at base). They said if i wanted to make sure the bike didnt go before i got to test ride it then i could put a deposit down. So i did £100.
Now im wondering if that was such a good idea. Obviously im a bit new at this
so i might have been a lot foolish. But i didnt sign a contract or anything i just gave them £100 off my card and got a reciept saying i put a £100 deposit down.
So what im wondering is if any wise people here know if i will be able to get that money back if i dont want the bike or if i have been an utter fool and will have lost it to some freak rule i do not know about
Any help will be appreciated.
p.s. I did ask when he said i could put the money down that if i didnt like it id be ok to just walk away he said yes but i failed to ask "with my money"...
