2 questions. When am cruising whats a good comfortable rpm to be at? Am usually riding along at 42-4500rpm. Its not to low where the bike seems to bog but not to high where its screaming. What do you guys cruise at?

That cruising rpm sounds about right, just keep it where it seems comfortable.
The 33bhp restriction kit is something we are cursed with over in the UK, the consensus among the all-knowing goverment is that if you take your test while under 21, regardless of previous experience, then you have to restrict your bike for 2 years. Tossers.
