Cheers for all the useful input so far guys,

Perhaps I should’ve mentioned what I’ve already got:

Titanium Scorpion can which I had dyno’d (see below) I think they had to change the jets but I think this was more to smooth things out??
Gone up one tooth on rear sprocket but maybe looking a 520 kit?
I’ve got a K&N air filter but was considering a BMC air filter, dynojet kit & then re-dyno’d??
R&G crash bungs (the main ones & exhaust, but was considering fork & swingarm protectors?)

I agree on the brake front, I think the wavey discs look bloody cool

but I heard stories of them developing cracks?? So will just go for decent pads, a friend runs bendix carbon matrix on his CBR trackday bike, any good?
Tyrewise I was looking at Metzeler sportec M3’s or Pirelli supercorsa’s (am I right in thinking there are 2 versions of the supercorsa?) could I get the 2nd hand ones at club racing meets?
Levers & bars, will cheap pattern ones do as spares or is it an idea to get the folding ones?
I’m going to the NEC bike show, so gonna keep my eye out up there for a few bits & bobs.
