It'll depend on the fitter as to where the alarm is, normally the control module is hidden away so its not easy to remove. Sometimes this might be under the pillion seat so thats the first place to look.

If you have the card then you should be sorted. You dont need to actually touch the alarm to disable it. It involves pressing the button on the keyfob and turning the ignition off and on a certain number of times on the Meta

if you get really stuck I have one on my GSXR I'll dig on the instruction manual and post the details of what to do if that helps.
