Nah mate, it's the 8V. I've not driven the 16V version, I'm told they're quite similiar but delivers its power a little higher up the rev range with less torque. Based on that I think the 8V suits me better because the majority of the time I'm driving it slowly and gently on the way to and from work.

Funnily enough my workmate was showing me the one he just bought yesterday, 8V too. Looked a steal for the money! Pretty solid cars
