Sgian Dubh, or the "Black Knife", not to be confused with the Dirk which is a longer dagger carried hanging from the belt.
One of the few instances where it's legal to carry a knife in public regardless of where you've been or where you're going.
Worn stuck in the garter where on display, as an affable or courteous gesture to others. So don't trust a man who wears a kilt without a dagger! It may just be that the dagger is hidden out of view along with the wearer's intentions...
